Merrell and REI have teamed up on an educational / marketing campaign built around the shoe company's line of lightweight and ultra-lightweight running shoes. The idea is to build a series of exercises into an outdoor run to make for a complete workout.
The campaign includes a series of videos in which an REI outdoor school instructor demonstrating the exercises, as well as a useful little infographic.
Merrell's M-Connect shoe line is receiving rave reviews from trail-running enthusiasts, including this one on runblogger.com.
