Isla de Cedros, or "the Island of Cedars", sits just 62 miles off the coast of Baja California, Mexico. With over 1,000 endangered, endemic, or rare species, this island is an extremely important site for ecological research and preservation. On Monday evneing, Michael Uhler will take you on an information photo-tour of this desert island.
Come by early and flex your plant identification muscles with the plant keying club from 5:00 - 7:30.
Event located at the UC Santa Cruz Arboretum's Meeting Hall. Arboretum is located across from Western Drive near the West Entrance of the campus.
