Celebrate your love for migrating species this Valentines weekend! Monarch butterflies, elephant seals, gray whales and shorebirds all pass through Central California on migrations that are so long and arduous they boggle the mind. Natural Bridges State Park and Friends of Santa Cruz State Parks salute them with a festival honoring these species and all the countless others that travel the globe in sync with nature's rhythms.
Live music, booths, active kids' games, crafts and migratory animal talks start at 11am and last til 4pm at Natural Bridges State Park. Event is free. Day-use parking is $10 and supports the park.
