Come join Santa Cruz Mountains Trail Stewardship (SCMTS) at Soquel Demonstration State Forest on the first and third Friday of every month! We'll be working on popular trails like Flow, Sawpit, Braille, and Corral, rebuilding berms, and other features that make these trails so fun.
At Demo Days events, we kick off the day with an intro circle and safety talk before carpooling or riding ~2 miles to the worksite where we will regroup. We will spend the day doing a variety of tasks, which may include clearing drains, repairing berms and tread, brushing, installing pavers, and more. Be prepared for 60-90 minutes of strenuous hiking on steep or loose terrain during the work day. Click here for event details.
