Mole. We’re not talking about a chemist’s dozen, subterranean animals or espionage. We’re talking sauce. Mole is the heavenly dark sauce of Mexican cuisine, and you can get your hands on some at the Mission State Historic Park. But it’s not all mole—the Mission’s event also includes music, art, wine, and activities for children.
