Sick of watering your garden? Plant smart with help from the UCSC Arboretum and California Native Plant Society Fall Plant Sale. Featuring native and non-invasive, non-native plants naturally suited to our glorious Mediterranean climate, the sale includes cacti and is sure to stock a succulent that suits your fancy. Volunteers will be on hand to help you figure out what will work best in your yard. This year there's a special on native irises. Check for the CNPS plant list here.
