Dave Robinson and Sean Andrasik, IMBA-certified mountain biking instructors, hold a short clinic on the basics of bicycle setup, body positioning, shifting, and braking before the Slow(er) Ride at Pogonip sponsored by the Mountain Bikers of Santa Cruz.
