These trails don't clear themselves during winter storm season! Since 1969 the Big Basin Volunteer Trail Crew has been keeping trails safe and accessible—especially during winter. They meet the second Saturday of the month, rain or shine, and typically work until mid-afternoon. Bring gloves, lunch and water and get ready to meet some folks who are truly dedicated to the redwoods. Must be 18 or older (labor laws, you know).
Meet at Big Basin Park Headquarters, 21600 Big Basin Way, 9 miles outside Boulder Creek on Hwy 236. 9am.
