When in doubt bike it out. Well it should be a saying. Especially on the 17th Annual Santa Cruz County Fall 2015 Bike to Work Day. Ten locations across the county will provide cyclists with free breakfast and other incentives such as free massages or bike maintenance. Good for the planet, good for the roads, good for your calves; it's your call.

Downtown Santa Cruz: Pacific Ave. between Water St. and Locust St. Free breakfast. Free treats courtesy of Firefly Coffee House and Companion Bakeshop. Free Coffee from Verve. Free massages from Cypress Health Institute.
Boardwalk: Free breakfast and coffee from Picnic Basket on Beach St.
Midtown: Whole Foods on Soquel will have chai, massages, bike maintenance, and a free healthy breakfast. People's Coffee will have free breakfast and massages.
Westside: Free breakfast and coffee from westside New Leaf, where there will be free bike maintenance and massages as well. Free samples of food from Old Creek Farm, Sambazon, Vega and more.
Capitola: Whole Foods Capitola will have free breakfast, coffee, and strawberries as well as bike maintenance and massages.
UCSC: Main entrance on Bay and High will have free breakfast, bike maintenance and massages. Top of the bike path will have free breakfast.
Aptos: Free breakfast, coffee, and massages at the bookstore at Cabrillo College.
Soquel: Free breakfast and coffee from Ugly Mug.
Watsonville: Free breakfast and coffee from Second Street Cafe. Fresh strawberries and basic bike maintenance will also be offered by Cal Giant.
Felton: Free breakfast and coffee from White Raven.
