This Friday, it’s national hug a bug day! Just kidding, it’s not – but that shouldn’t stop you from learning about the critters that hold up the forest with their scrawny little legs. Even though we don’t notice them all the time, insects are an integral part of the redwood forest.
Join docents on a walk through the redwood forest in search of life. It’s a great event for the entire family to join in on!
Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park. 9:30 AM. Meet in front of Visitor’s Center located off HWY 9. 101 N. Big Trees Park Road in Felton. Parking is $10.
