What better way to spend a Sunday than Big Sur hiking, delicious sandwiches from atop ocean-view cliffs, and a drive home into the sunset? Join fellow hikers for a trip along the Crow’s Nest trail at Pfeiffer Burns and lunch at Nepenthe restaurant after. The view at Crow’s Nest is said to be spectacular- perhaps the right place to spot a condor. Nepenthe restaurant seats guests outside, with a view overseeing steep, Big Sur cliffs sloping into the expansive Pacific.
Pfeiffer Burns State Park. 11am. Park ($10) and meet beside the administrative building.
