Have you ever wondered what tiny creatures live in creek water, or about why it is so important to keep streams clean? Learn about the watery wonders of Waddell Creek through a creekside investigation using nets and other fun tools. Wear shoes that can handle a little water, and be prepared for a 3-mile hike and program. Families and participants of all ages are welcome.
Meet at the Ranger Station at Rancho del Oso, 17 miles north of Santa Cruz on Highway 1. 2pm. Free.
