Learn about and celebrate Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead), a Mexican holiday which honors the deceased. This free celebration starts at the Museum of Art and History at 2pm, with face-painting, live music and dance performances. You also get to make traditional Mexican crafts, such as tissue paper flowers. At 4pm, participants will proceed to the Evergreen cemetery where they can expore an outdoor altar installation.
Event begins at the Museum of Art and History. 705 Front St, Santa Cruz. 2-6pm. Free.
