Save Our Shores' monthly beach cleanup operation heads to Davenport Beach. Start taking bets now on the most outrageous thing volunteers will find! A couch? A bed? Refrigerators? SOS suggests volunteers bring buckets, gloves and reusable bags to collect litter—but they have all those things on hand, so if you just happen by you can do your part. Bring a buddy so one of you can fill out the data sheet, which helps SOS do advocacy work on behalf of cleaner beaches and oceans. Also bring water, sunscreen and shoes sturdy enough to get you down a rocky embankment.
