Dinosaurs in Big Basin?

Date:

Sun, 06/25/2017 - 12:00

The redwood forest is a primeval place. Could dinosaurs have thrived here? Learn about plant and animal survival through the ages with docents Micki Downs and Maura McNamara. We'll take a flat one-mile walk (wheelchair- and stroller-accessible), and while kids play in a redwood fairy ring, adults can learn about the forest we see today.

Big Basin Redwoods State Park, 21600 Big Basin Way (9 miles up Hwy 236 from Boulder Creek). Noon. Free, but parking is $10.
