Guided tours of the rookery at Año Nuevo begin Dec. 15. Watch bulls sparring for the rights to the harem, pregnant cows coming ashore to give birth, and newborn pups learning to navigate land at the Año Nuevo Natural Reserve. Guided hikes to the reserve are 3 miles round-trip and last two and a half hours. Tickets are $7/person; parking is $10/vehicle. Tours run Dec. 15-Mar 31. Questions? Call 650-879-2025.
