Explore the mysterious sandhills of Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park on this two-hour tour. The rare sandhills ecosystem is a Santa Cruz Mountains treasure with only 2,000-3,000 undeveloped acres in existence, and a good portion of them are found within this park. The 3 mile hike is strenuous due to the warm climate. Bring plenty of water, snacks, and sunscreen.
Meet at the Michael Gray Memorial Field, 3650 Graham Hill Rd, Santa Cruz. 9am-12pm. Free.
