Science Sunday is going to the movies! This short film by Steven and Mary Albert looks at how marine biologist Ed Ricketts, inspiration for the eccentric Doc Ricketts in John Steinbeck's Cannery Row, kept a detailed log of the life found in Pacific tidepools that foreshadowed current ecological research. The filmmakers will be on hand for the discussion.
