Ano Nuevo is well known for its 3-ton marine mammals, but this section of central California coast also offers a glimpse into the land’s history through its unique geographical features. Park docents will lead a geology-focused tour from Old Steele Ranch to Cove Beach. Explore active fault zones and ancient fossil beds along this 1-mile, 90-minute walk.
