Girls Gone Wilder returns to the scene of the crime for a ride through loverly Wilder Ranch followed by a late-afternoon beer and consignment clothes-shopping sesh at Santa Cruz Mountain Brewing with the Fashion Truck.
Yeah, it's a lot to take in. Breathe! Let's unpack this.
About The Ride: A bunch of you know the drill already. We'll meet at Santa Cruz Mountain Brewing at 3pm and pedal out to Wilder Ranch in groups (novice, intermediate and advanced) according to skill. New girls are welcome—we'll have experienced riders guiding each group, and no one will be left behind.
About The Beer: Santa Cruz Mountain Brewing pioneered organic brewing in Santa Cruz almost a decade ago. Now they're the purveyor of such refreshing beverages as Wilder Wheat, the classic Amber and the outrageously flavorful tea-infused milk stout Madame Grey. You can get light snacks at the bar or order from Kelly's next door until 7pm. Mm, French fries.
About The Clothes: Since opening in 2011, the Closet Shopper on Front Street has become a favorite of budget-conscious fashionistas. Interesting,fun styles at really reasonable prices are the order here (think Lucky and Free People blouses for $15). The Fashion Truck is the store's latest innovation, a sweet mobile venue with its own wee little changing room.
We'll have some body wipes on hand for grime-free shopping.
