Girls Rock--a rad group of female mountain bikers-- is riding through Wilder Ranch this Saturday. This month they're partnering with Bell Joy Ride's women program, a national program inspired by Girls Rock. Eight ambassadors from the program will be joining Saturday's ride. Bell will provide breakfast at 9am, so you can fuel up while checking out gear and demos. Bikers will be hitting the trails at 10 am. Rides will be between two and four hours, depending on a group's level or experience. Riders of all levels are encouraged to join. After you've "earned your calories" (they said it), return Ibis HQ for beer and Snappy Dogs from noon to 2pm.
Girls Rock isn't a club or competitive team-- any women who loves MTB or wants to get started with the sport is welcomed to join Girls Rock events, which occur frequently.
