GLOW: A Festival of Fire

Date:

Sat, 10/18/2014 - 07:00

If you're done basking in the afterglow from the previous night's GLOW Festival, come out for another dose of GLOW! The second night of this 2-day festival honors a more ancient form of light: fire. The Museum of Art and History will be filling Cooper Street and Abbott Square with fire dancing and flaming fire art. There will be music and dancing in the streets and local fire artists displaying their burning man artwork, which will kindle musical flames, burning branches, and fire cannonades. A gorgeous way to wrap up the GLOW festival.

Advance tickets are available online (there is a member discount as well). You can purchase tickets for one or both nights of the GLOW festival.

The Museum of Art and History. 705 Front St, Santa Cruz. 7pm. $10 (Cash only if you are buying your tickets the night of the event).
