Adult grizzly bears stand over 11 feet tall and weigh over 1,000 pounds! Alas, they no longer roam California. Rancho del Oso pays tribute to this enduring symbol of California in a day of crafts, activities and lectures. Join San Lorenzo Valley Museum curator Lisa Robinson for an all-ages lecture (the first 20 minutes geared for a younger audience) remembering when the grizzly bear once occupied this land.
