Date:
Step into a time machine and arrive at old-time Wilder Ranch. The rancho, dairy farm, and cowboy rodeo days will be revived with living history stations in the machine shop and blacksmith shed, along with wood stove baking in the Victorian home. Join in on the mouth-watering activities such as tortilla, butter, or ice cream making (mouth-watering activities vary month-to-month and this month it's ice cream making). After eating, frolic like our forefathers might have with a tug-of-war, sack, stilts, and more! There will also be fun crafts, games and wagon rides. Need we say more?
This event is held on the grounds of Wilder Ranch State Park Cultural Reserve. Regular day-use parking fee is $10, but event is free. 11:00am - 3:00pm. Appropriate for all ages.
Wilder Ranch is two miles north of Santa Cruz on the coast of Hwy 1 at 1401 Coast Road, Santa Cruz, CA 95060.
