Sometimes we're called upon to make a sacrifice for a friend. Well, Hotel Paradox—which opens its doors to us every day, rain or shine—needs our help. They've got unfinished party kegs lying around, and that just won't do.
"How can we help?" you might ask. "What can we do??"
Dig down deep, Santa Cruz citizens. Clothe yourselves in swimwear and sundresses, apply the ceremonial sunscreen and don the traditional flip-flops. Make the Locals Day pilgrimage to the Hotel Paradox pool deck and there, speak to the man or woman holding the tray. Situate yourself in a lounge chair and feel the sun pouring over your skin, for it will be a pretty much perfect 75 degree afternoon. Enjoy $3 draft Santa Cruz Aleworks IPA and Kolsch all day, maybe some of that crazy good calamari with lemon aioli or a cobb salad. Sip, sun, swim, savor, repeat. Until the kegs shall float!!
