Join the Santa Cruz Museum of Art and History in honoring an ancient food production process at Counter Cultures: A Fermentation Celebration. Live music, drinks, and non-fermented fair will be served alongside saurkraut, cheese, yogurt, tempeh, kombucha, pickles, kefir, vinegar, and kim chi.
