It's astonishing how a walk outside under the trees or a half-hour weeding in the garden can take the jagged edges right off a stressy day. Kai Siedenburg's Mindful by Nature workshop goes a few steps further down this healing path. Held in the great outdoors, and highly experiential, this two-and-a-half-hour mindfulness training session helps participants connect more deeply with nature while establishing a well of serenity to which they can return over and over again. "It will offer a skillful blend of stillness and movement, solo and shared experiences, and nature-based meditation and mindfulness practices," says the flyer. Sounds good to us.
