Nature Sketching Workshop

Hone your sketching skills and connect with nature in this fun and insightful workshop at the Santa Cruz Natural History Museum. Leader Elizabeth Evans, the museum's Program Manager, used to lead nature sketching workshops in Yosemite and Kings Canyon National Parks. She will lead you in exploring and sketching the oak woodlands and wetlands of nearby Arana Gulch – observing light, perspective, and life within the natural landscape.

9am - 12pm. Register online here . The fee is $10 for museum members and $15 for the general public. This price includes a personal sketchbook and a variety of pencils, paints, charcoal and pastels to experiment with.
