The Friends of Santa Cruz State Parks are beating the Earth Day rush and tidying up Nisene Marks State Park this weekend. The grande dame of South County needs work on trails, invasive plant removal, sign installation and a few maintenance-like nips and tucks here and there. Bring gloves, long-sleeved shirt, layers, water and lunch and prepare to ROCK OUT! Work sessions lasts 9am-1pm.
And then go for a hike, maybe here.
