What better way to celebrate the anniversary of the Three Princes' ride than with a surf demo? More specifically, a surf demo using 17-foot, 200 pounds redwood surfboard replicas. It sounds crazy, but local surfers are going to try using the same types of boards the Princes used to kick off the anniversary celebration. Come out to watch them surf the waves on these unique boards. Afterwards, join historians Geoffrey Dunn and Kim Stoner for a Paddle-Out at Main Beach followed by a Luau in Abbott Square.
