The Aptos Post Office Jumps are world-famous, and for good reason. They spawned a generation of badasses and shortened many a concerned mother's life. But on Feb. 17 they'll be closed for good as a long-delayed construction plan finally goes forward. Epicenter Cycling bids a fond farewell to the whoop-de-woops of the pump track and the big-air jumps today from 2-5pm with free comestibles from Aptos Street Barbecue. You'll be smiling through your tears, promise.
