Perfect your skills in french pastry in the Quail Hollow Kitchen. Befriend kitchen tools such as the scale and heat thermometer. Pick up a sixth sense for when an ingredient has been whipped or emulsified to perfection. Learn about ingredients and how to make a variety of fillings. Take home recipes to continue your education at home!
