Summer is here! Get out and enjoy it on a docent led wander through Rancho del Oso, the low end of Big Basin State Park by Waddell Beach. Naturalist Ann Garside will draw your eye to all the newly blooming and budding flora, and any errant fauna, during the 1-mile hike.
The trek is scheduled for 1.5 hours, spanning from common coastal scrub to uber-rare stands of native Monterey Pine. Come prepared for varying temperatures and terrain. The walk starts at the Rancho del Oso Nature and History Center.
