NBA-quality basketball is the main thing that draws folks to Kaiser Permanente Arena to watch the Santa Cruz Warriors. But it doesn't hurt that the Warriors organization puts on a superfun show in between the awesome display of hoops skills. The Kids Dunk Contest is a perpetual fave.
Tonight and for the next couple months, our friends at Sempervirens Fund are sponsoring the event. In addition to the contest, there will be a T-shirt giveaway and a cool wall graphic where kids can mark their height against a young redwood tree.
