Like the idea of a trail completely encircling the Bay Area? Feel like challenging yourself? Do one and contribute to the other on this supported adventure in the Santa Cruz Mountains.
The Ridge Trail Cruz is a chance to go on a big hike (8, 16, 19 or 27 miles), a big mountain bike ride (30 or 39 miles), an equestrian ride or a shorter, easier family hike with all the TLC you could ask for: gourmet lunch, a cushy shuttle to your trailhead, swag, lag wagon and snacks along the way. In exchange, your registration fee will help the Bay Area Ridge Trail Council build a 550-mile trompable ring around the Bay.
