Wednesday is Kids Day at the Santa Cruz County Fair, so kids 12 and under get in free. Ten-year-olds, chili dogs, funnel cakes, the Flying Bobs: what could possibly go wrong? Aw, just kidding! There's plenty to do besides get sick on the rides: meet some small animals (all day), watch the pig racing (12:30pm, 2pm, 4pm, 7pm), hang out with sea lions (3pm, 5:30pm) and generally groove on the wonders of the fair.
