You can’t get more organic than foraging. Sure, mushrooms are cool, but what about urchins, abalone and crab? If the prospect of freshly caught (by you) seafood appeals, then Outdoor Adventures has a class for you. Their seafood foraging course converts average folks into gourmet hunter-gatherers. The evening before hunting day is spent in preparation, and the hunt concludes with a massive feast of everyone's spoils.
