Dr. Tierney Thys is a dedicated sunfish researcher who uses state of the art technology to find out all that she can about these mysterious fish. Now she'll be in Santa Cruz to let you know all about the latest news on the Mola mola. After Dr. Thys' talk, NOAA fisheries will have a special presentation on the Entanglement Response team and how they work to free whales from nets! It's a double whammy for anyone interested in marine life!
