Santa Cruz's own resident superwoman, Terri Schneider, will be at Bookshop Santa Cruz to promote her memoir, Dirty Inspirations. Formerly a professional Ironman triathlete, she has traveled the globe as a mountaineer, ultra-runner, and adventure-athlete, in search of the next great challenge. Schneider's memoir recounts in vivid detail all the trials, tribulations, and incredible success that have made her the person she is today. Come prepared with questions as you receive a first-person narrative of what it's like to push the body and mind past all previously conceivable notions of human achievement.
