On the second Saturday of each month, the Big Basin Volunteer Trail Crew convenes to spruce up the hiking trails that we trompers love so well. On top of keeping these trails good looking and safe, working on the maintenance of Big Basin's trails offers a new insight into how this state park stays pristine. Make sure to bring your work gloves, water and a lunch. Meet at Park Headquarters.
Big Basin State Park. 9am until midafternoon, rain or shine. Free.
