Love spending time outdoors and meeting cool people? Join SCMTS at their next event for a fun day volunteering on trails! All experience levels are welcome. Soquel Demonstration State Forest is still CLOSED, they are hosting these special events for volunteers only to help open the forest more quickly.
Join SCMTS team for small, focused trail work days in Soquel Demonstration State Forest. Current plans will have us working on Sawpit Trail releveling the trail tread, adding rock armoring, and more. Attending these events will require meeting at a common location and carpooling with other crew members.
It's okay if you've never done trail work before. SCMTS love accommodating new and returning volunteers—all experience levels are welcome at SCMTS events.
