Looking for a guided and in-depth tour of one of the areas most beautiful parks. Join up with docents Paul and Eva Fewel and Diane Shaw as they lead you on one of their weekly excursions. The hike will vary from week to week, but the range from 5 to 8 miles and can last up to 5 hours. Dress appropriately for the weather, the only thing that will cancel is high winds. Meet the group at the park headquarters.
Big Basin Redwoods State Park. 9am. Free, but parking is $10.
