The "elves" of the Santa Cruz Mountains have strung the forest with twinkly lights in preparation for a new kind of weekend night life this holiday season. From November 28 to January 5, Thursdays through Sundays, Mount Hermon Redwood Canopy Tours will be taking fun-seekers for a little nighttime thrill. Carolers and hot drinks add a dash of holiday spirit to this unique forest hoopla. Reservations required.
