Daylight Savings is back! For the fine sailors down at the Santa Cruz Harbor, that means there's plenty of daylight left for a little friendly racing.
This is great news for anyone with a sailboat and a bit of competitive spirit; and for anyone who enjoys the dynamic grace of billowing sails tacking and jibbing for tactical advantage against the setting sun. So it's kind of just great news. The best views are had from the beach and waterside restaurants. The races run through Daylight Savings to the end of October.
