After this two-day course, you should never have to ask, "What do I do now?" when you're in the wilderness and face the unexpected. UCSC partners with the Wilderness Medicine Institute of the National Outdoor Leadership School to offer the WIlderness Medicine and First-Aid class once a month. Perfect for leaders, camp staff, outdoor enthusiasts and individuals in remote locations, the fast paced and hands-on class covers a variety of topics including dislocation reduction, focused spinal assessment and epinephrine administration.
