For this al fresco treat in the middle of the market, the culinary wizards behind Assembly and The Picnic Basket create a delectable breakfast feast using all local ingredients. Kendra Baker and Carlo Espinas will present an early-summer savory salad with Hog Farm asparagus and soft-boiled eggs from Fiesta Farm, crookneck squash quiche made with Garden Variety sheep cheese, a grilled pork side and greens and a delicious hazelnut crepe cake.
