Monitoring Watershed Health Since 1995, the Coastal Watershed Council has been on a mission to preserve our coastal watersheds. Building Fresh Food Networks Since 1976 The Monterey Bay region is world renowned for its bountiful agricultural harvest, but it is also a leader in sustainable and organic food production. Since its beginnings in 1976, the Monterey Bay Certified Farmers Markets has used this serendipitous situation to its advantage, creating a thriving network between small family farmers and local communities.
Creating and maintaining world-class trails responsibly, sustainably, and collectively since 1997. SCMTS believes that trails are a gateway to the adventure, fun, exercise and sense of wonder offered by the great outdoors.
